DACQS - The Data ACQuisition System
As the lead application architect, I conceived and developed the DACQS platform — a SaaS system that enables data collection through surveys, evaluations, and forms. Administrators create users, custom evaulations, and reports to monitor the flow of data from the initial data capture to the resulting custom reports. The DACQS platform has morphed over the years and has been used by several clients for proprietary data capture and grant management solutions. CE4Chiros - Continuing Education Certification Service
As the lead web architect, I developed the CE4Chrios website front end and back end — working with the client and Logan University College of Chiropractic to conform to all state certification requirements. Doctors and students can create an account, purchase courses, view the course videos, and complete the course quizzes and an option post-course evaluation to earn their continuing education certificates. All payments are processed through a custom STRIPE interface, course videos are streamed through a custom Vimeo player, and all certifications are held on record for six months. I also created the welcome video that can be seen on the official CE4Chiros website.
Web Applications - eLearning
Over my career, I have developed well over 150+ eLearning web applications primarily focused on medical professions such as dentistry, nursing, veterinary, and others. These web applications feature practice quizzes and exams, graded scoring and tracking (LTI, Gradebook, and MySQL), custom generated PDF study guides, multiple choice, drag and drop, hotspot images, step logic branching, and dozens of other features too many to all list.

Over my career, I have developed dozens of websites and web applications for both B2B and B2C clients; as well as being the product owner for the entire customer-facing website and employee intranet of a major healthcare organization.
Mobile Applications
With the advent of mobile responsiveness, I have created quite a few web mobile-first applications as well as native Android and iOS phone apps. Almost all websites and web applications I work on are now developed to be optimized for mobile-first responsiveness.
Touchscreen Kiosks
I have had the great fortune to build some really cool kiosks for some amazing clients ranging from amusement parks to sports teams to corporate giants. Whether the kiosks are recording video, taking photos, using AI facial recognition, or providing interactive information — merging software with hardware is always an interesting challenge that often requires some out-of-the-box thinking and solutions.
3D Virtual Environments
With the shift to virtual events, I have embraced new technology to merge 3D environments with web applications. Offering all the features and benefits of web front-end and back-end interfaces, 3D envidonrments offer tremendous capabilities along with that wow-factor that everyone looks for.

I enjoy reserching and implementing new technologies and new methodolgies. Yet, I also subscribe to logic and common sense in order to implement the most efficient and needed technologies to achieve the desired results within client/project budget and time frames.
You have to understand the end goal before you can plan the implementation.
I love working on a team. And, I have successfully proven myself as a team leader time and again. I have effectively worked with and lead teams both remotely and on-site for the past 15+ years. I've also thrived as a one-person shop as well.
